Our Return Commitment

At Royal Revo LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand your options.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
  • Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@royalrevo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Royal Revo LLC error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
