Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back for updates on international shipping availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Royal Revo LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.
